Meyer Lemon & Grapefruit Marmalade spo-disabled jalapeno peppersWhen we found meyer lemons by the dozen this spring, we couldn't resist a Meyer Lemon and White Grapefruit mix. We gave the lemon and grapefruit slices a long slow cook in sugar for a slightly tart and sweet marmalade. Our jam features a mouthful of meyer lemon and tart sweet grapefruit flavor. This jam is light and refreshing and tastes good on nearly everything. We love it with a light cheese or with our morning toast. And a spoonful in a glass of
