Sophie Baron Champagne Country_Slovenia Release Date: May 2021The Baron family owns 38 hectares of sustainably managed vineyards in the champagne, planted mainly with Pinot Meunier, which comprises 60% of their Grande Rserve blend, alongside 30% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir. The Grande Rserve is fermented in temperature controlled, stainless steel tanks and undergoes malolactic fermentation to give the final expression excellent complexity and texture. Following secondary fermentation in bottle, it is aged on
