After checking with our butcher and a doing a trial run, we are happy to offer this new product. Smoked Shoulder Bacon is cut from pork shoulder, rubbed with sea salt, left to cure for a few days and then naturally smoked. The result is a delicious, meatier bacon. We have all become fans!
